WiFi time and attendance terminals D1 and D2

Release time:2019-07-23

D1, D2 - terminals specially designed for desktop use. Due to the location of the fingerprint scanner on the upper part of the terminal, the user verification process is quick and convenient.

Device memory

The maximum number of users that the terminal can store in its memory is up to 1000 people. The event log is designed for 50,000 logs . If you imagine an average office with a headquarters of 50 people, each of whom is noted for arrival / departure from work, as well as for a lunch break, then the terminal will have enough memory for 250 days to complete. This is more than enough.

Communication interfaces

The terminals support such communication interfaces as WiFi, HotSpot as well as USB. Via a WiFi connection, D1, D2 can work with ZKTime.Net 3.0 software designed for time tracking, as well as, optionally, with the TA Assistant mobile application. If you don’t have a router, the HotSpot function will allow you to quickly and conveniently download data from the terminal. The USB input is intended for manual downloading of data to a USB drive.

Fingerprint scanner

BioID human fingerprint recognition technology has a high scanning speed, and also provides stable reading of rough, wet, as well as dirty fingers. It is with this technology that a fingerprint scanner is used in D1 and D2.

Source of power

A power supply unit with a rated voltage of 5V and a working current of 2A is supplied with the terminal. The terminal also has a built-in 4000 mAh backup battery, which is enough for continuous operation for 8 hours. If the battery is completely discharged, you can use any power bank to launch the terminal, thanks to the presence of a micro USB port.

Functionality

D1, D2 have an integrated SSR module. This module allows you to build reports of accounting of working time inside the terminal, without the use of additional software. The finished report can be downloaded to a USB flash drive in Excel format for further viewing on a PC. In order to prevent users from each time choosing with the buttons the pass status, before passing the test, there is a function "Automatic switching of pass status". So, using the terminal menu, you can set certain time intervals in which the terminal will automatically offer the user the status of the passage at the beginning of the working day “Arrival”, at the end of the working day “Care”. The "DST" function allows you to configure automatic daylight saving time so that your reports are always correct. If you need to remind employees that a meeting will be held tomorrow at 5 pm , the Scheduled Call function will help you. At the set time, the terminal will sound an alarm to remind employees of an upcoming event.

Compatibility

The terminals work with ZKTime.net 3.0 software. The program has more than 20 different reports on the accounting of working hours. ZKTime.net 3.0 downloads all the logs from the terminal's event log, and depending on the schedule set in the program, it builds reports on the employees' hours worked. Optionally, the terminal supports the TA Assistant mobile application. The application allows you to download reports from the terminal, as well as create and assign shifts to employees.
