The principle of the system

      User Registration

     The terminal is installed in a place convenient for employees to register arrival / departure from work. Prints of people

can be registered using the terminal itself. After registration, you can download with one click personal information in the software.

     If you have a large enterprise, it will be more convenient to use the ZK9500 USB fingerprint reader for

registration of employees directly at the desk.

       By connecting the reader to the computer and starting the ZKTime.Net 3.0 software, you call one person at a time to make

personal information in the program. By clicking the mouse button, users are recorded in the memory of the accounting terminal ZKTeco K20 / ID working hours.  

        Rules for time tracking:

     After you have added users, you need to create and assign work shifts. ZKTime.Net allows you to maximize

flexibly adjust the work schedule of employees. A regular shift is available with a predetermined exact time of arrival and departure. The program will take into account such violations as: early departure, delays, absence.  

 

     If a person does not have a fixed arrival / departure time, then a flexible shift can be used. In this case

the program will only take into account how much time an employee worked during the day, excluding lateness and early departures.  

 

       The third type of shift is a smart shift. Depending on the time of arrival / departure of the employee, the program will be automatically

select the appropriate shift from the available ones. For example, you have two shifts: daytime (from 09:00 to 16:00) and evening (from 16:00 to 23:00). An employee usually works on a day shift, but one day, he needs to go out in the evening. To every time do not manually change the shift for the employee, a smart shift will do it for you.

 

       The employee will be checked in at 16:00 and the program will automatically understand that he came to work at

evening shift. Everything is ready for the full operation of the system. Now employees each time they come / go from work, must place your finger on the fingerprint scanner of the terminal.       Hours worked:
